Parking
- Parking is chargeable - Bike/ motorbike: inhouse parking . - Car: external parking
Pool, Gym, Kid playground
> 1 week: 1 session/week, max 2 hour per session (9am-5pm) > 1 month: Unlimited (6am-9pm)
Electricity
Please find main circuit board (inside apartment, close to entry door) to turn on/off electricity
Water heater
Please find the water heater switch on the inside wall of the bathroom and switch it on (red light)
Induction Stove
Turn off Lock icon and turn on Start icon before use.
Apartment using rules:
-QUIET TIME is 10pm to 7am. Please absolutely DO NOT make noise, DO NOT hold party pr event during that time period. -NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES: DO NOT use drug, funky ball or any other prohibited substances in the apartment. -NO SMOKING: Please DO NOT smoke inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed in balcony area only. -NO DURIAN: Please DO NOT bring durian to the apartment. -NO PET is allowed in the apartment. -NO DAMAGE & LOSS: Please prevent any damage or loss to our apartment equipment and furniture. *** Violation to any of the above housing rules will incur your penalty cost of 100 USD per time***
